    Make your wedding feel like a once-in-a-lifetime concert with a large party band. Our full band of world-class musicians (Grammy winners, Broadway vets, and touring artists) will bring class and soul to your entire wedding, from ceremony to reception. Sharp suits, soulful sound, and non-stop energy until the very last song.

    This includes:

    - 8-12 piece band for a 4-hour reception performance

    - 4 musicians for cocktail hour music

    - 1 musician for ceremony music

    - Complete audio and sound system

    Delivering a party band experience on a smaller scale. This curated ensemble delivers The Cool Rulers’ signature energy, scaled to fit your space and guest list. Perfect for weddings with 100 guests or fewer.

    - 6-7 piece band for a 4-hour reception performance

    - Complete audio + sound system

    - MC services

    - Day-of band manager to keep everything seamless

  • Our most popular lineup is 8-11 musicians. Think full horns, rhythm section, and powerhouse vocals (like what you see in our demo video). For smaller weddings or cocktail-style events, we cull down to a tighter configuration while keeping the same signature energy.

  • Our 8-piece band includes two vocalists, a horn section (trumpet and trombone), bass, guitar, keyboard, and drums. A 9-piece band adds a third vocalist. A 10-piece band adds a saxophone to the horn section. An 11-piece band adds a dedicated percussionist. A 12-piece adds a fourth vocalist.

  • The total fee for your wedding will vary depending on your event date and location, the size of the band, any additional A/V equipment you might need, and other factors. The best way to know for sure is to contact our band leader, Charles, and get a custom quote. (He’s chill, we promise.) For context, the base cost of the 11-piece band set-up you see in our demo video is $21,000. And, yes, we do offer payment plans.

  • Yes, every package includes full audio equipment, MC services, and a day-of band manager. With us, you don’t have to worry about renting extra gear or juggling logistics.
